I have ordered a customised item which I understood cannot be returned. But now the issue is the seller has sent me a wrong image which I have chosen.

*** customer service keeps telling me it cannot be returned. My stand is if it was caused by the seller's issue and dishonesty, why can't the buyer return and refund our item?

If a customised item has no way to return if issued from the seller, then why ask the buyer to choose an image? It sounds so unfair to the buyer.

The local courier was unable to deliver my items due to wrong postal code number . I quickly rectified the postman code on my Shein apps and it says issue resolved but again I received another email this morning from Shein stating that delivery attempt is still failed and asked me to contact thr local courier which is cainao but unable to reach them.

I purchased a phone case printed with flowers but unfortunately received an incorrect item. I had to submit a return refund to pick up the item from my place.

However, the product was not picked up with the scheduled time.

Seller should be open and candid to accept the return refund and refund the funds to the buyers. The fault significantly lies with seller for sending and delivering the wrong item.

You are unreachable!!! I want to know the true problem with my delivery because the alleged inability to deliver is on your part and not mine.
