I had 15 returns from 2 orders ( 2 products + 13 products) they combined the return pickup & picked up the combined return on 4/7. The refund value was a S$ 199.61 & S$ 51.17.
They have refunded S$ 51.17 but not yet refunded the bigger amount of S$ 199.61. The return record shows that the quality check has been finished but am waiting for them to refund the amount. I have chatted with customer service & also raised 2 tickets, they just close the ticket after 24hrs, without resolving the issue.
I am totally frustrated and disappointed.. what should I do?

Hello,
I placed an order on Shein (Order Number: CIFR523798****444) which is marked as "delivered" with a photo showing the parcel in my mailbox. However, I never received this parcel.
The courier (Cirro) did not contact me, I did not sign anything, and the parcel was not left in my mailbox it was simply not there, and not in any of my neighbors' mailboxes either.
As soon as I received the delivery notification, I went downstairs to check, but the parcel was already missing.
It might have been stolen or delivered to the wrong address.
I kindly ask you to open an investigation with the carrier, or to offer me a solution (refund or resend) as soon as possible.

Resolved: My wife ordered 5 items and it was delivered in an additional envelope to include all 5 items. Now my wife have difficulty in repacking the item In the individual envelope with the item number.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We check with the collection agent for clarification on the return policy.Case closed.
The order details does not show the item number if what was ordered for easy reference, like Shoppee.incinc

I received my order on 22 January 2025. I opened it immediately after receiving my items and noticed that the wallet and lip gloss I ordered were missing.
I took a picture and contacted customer service, but they insisted that everything was packed in, even though I have two missing items. I accidentally pressed 'received' before resolving my issue, so now I can't get a refund or my items.
